We met a lot of great mothers at the American Baby Faire held in Foxboro, MA earlier in the year and was fortunate to ask a lot of people what they thought of our services. Here is what one mom thought of Baby-Strong! |
“When I started training with Baby-Strong in February of 2008 I was in decent shape. I was committed to exercising but wanted to “step it up a notch”. At 38 years of age and a mother of three young children, my goal was to loose a few pounds and feel stronger. Not only did they help me accomplish my goals but created new goals for me and set me on a path that has made being fit and healthy an absolute mainstay in my life.
The lifestyle changes that I have made in the past year are a direct reflection of what I have learned from Baby-Strong. I have increased my aerobic activity, (I run and bike) I am more muscular and lean through strength training and I have even changed my diet and eating habits.
Baby-Strong develops workouts that are mindful, fun yet challenging. What I enjoy most about training with their level of creativity. He has taught me how to be more fit through a variety of methods. They create stable and unstable environments and continues to challenge me. You only needs a few items (stability ball, medicine ball, jump rope and a couple of dumbbells) to give me a great full body workout. I find training with Baby-Strong to be motivating and I appreciate how they believe in me and truly cares about my own personal success.” ~ Emily - MA

"I started training with Baby-Strong at the end of March in 2008 . Although I was in good shape, I wanted to push myself to see how far I could go. I was looking to gain a more athletic physique and essentially gain muscle and lose about five pounds of fat. From our first training session on, I started to feel and see the difference. I never thought that the sessions would be so invigorating and challenging. Baby-Strong really pushed me to limits that I had never experienced beore and encouraged me to excel beyond my own expectations. In just three months of just one or two sessions a week, friends and family were commenting on the major changes in my physique. As a result of the training, I felt healthier and became much stronger. I now have a renewed outlook on the vitality of exercise. "I am a 41 year old mother of three, who has always despised exercising, although I never had a "weight problem", I have been disturbed by my poor posture and lack of good muscle tone for my entire life. To make matters worse, I am just about the most unathletic and uncoordinated person you will ever meet! Over the past twenty years, I have made many unsuccessful attempts to incorporate a physical fitness program into my life, either by joining a health club or by working with a trainer. I was never motivated to stick with it - never!
Baby-Strong has formulated an incredible (demanding, yet doable) program customized for my body, my long-term goals, and my life. I really do look and feel better than I ever have in my life. As I entered my 40's, I decided to challenge myself to get in shape. However, I never would have dreamt that I could push myself this hard and actually look forward to it every day! Baby-Strong has supported and motivated me to fight back against the "mid-life" blues and even body issues that have bothered me my whole life. We did this together and I know I could never
